[Manager history overview not tracking career honours]

Ive won two promotions and a league in 3 seasons but as you can see...not tracked in my profile>my history>overview where it should be. Used to work fine in all previous years.

 

It tracks cups but not leagues or promotions/relegations - checked with the AI managers too.

 

Tracks them with the club you are now at (im unemployed in this screenie) but not for your career - should be a simple fix?

 

 

[Individual talk to a sub coming on never has any effect]

Either way, positive or negative, theres no reaction to it like is there the full team talks.

Happens whether you are a high rated manager/low rated, good rep/poor rep, anything, simply put, subs never, ever respond to any individual team talk before coming on.
