sleepydude your tactic is good but the corner routine needs improving, i dont get as many goals from corners from your routine

TB's corners uses an exploit, which is why you're seeing a dropoff when using someone else's modifications which doesn't use the exploit.

Here is an update to the previous tweaks that I posted.

- on top of the existing requirements, ML/MR must be good crossers, as they will be feeding the penalty box with low and high crosses most of the time.

- Strikers must have the ff. traits to be successful:

Agility

Acceleration

Dribbling

First Touch

Finishing

Creativity

Technique

Off The Ball

Long Shots

- The left striker is the target man. Supply is set To Feet. He has a free role.

- The right striker must have good heading/jumping.

I have tried your tweaked tactics with Feyenoord, and they seem to work very well indeed. The HOME tactic I use both home and away against most all opponents, and especially against weaker opponents the matches are a joy to behold. The AWAY one I only use against world-class teams. I do seem to bleed a lot of goals in those matches (even with CB's pressing way down) but compensate by usually scoring more than them (a typical match would be 3-4 at Bayern ^^) Key to these matches are the LB, RB, ML and MR positions. If you use good wingers in those positions they will win you the game.

I'm trying to figure out a way to utilize a fast striker with oodles of creativity in one of the striker roles. There will be less shots, since I'd want my guys to find killer balls instead of constantly bombarding the opposing team with on-target shots, but it should produce a much more beautiful flow on the pitch.

With the offense do you mean the midfielders & wingers as well as the forwards

Yes.

But, again, this is only if you have a talented squad.

V6's settings works well for lower-tiered squads. I tweaked the settings to allow a much more talented team more freedom.

I basically set the Centerbacks and Fullbacks to short passing, and set the Midfielders, Wingers and Strikers to direct passing. I gave creative freedom to the front 6 (MR,ML,MC,MC,ST,ST)

I tweaked tempo to slow, to allow for buildup.

I also added a barrow for one striker, and removed his hold ball.

Use the home tactic for matches that favor you to win.

Use the away tactic for all away matches and matches at home that have you as the underdog.

When I realized how talented my players, I changed passing so that I have a short-passing slow build on defense and direct-passing high-creative freedom offense.

I've won four straight titles now with Inter (after spending 15+ seasons with Bury and taking them to the EPL)

Getting the right personnel is definitely important.

2027/28 was a transition year, when I introduced several new players and phased out the oldies. I'm kicking ass in 2028/2029 again, though.

This is simply using v6, and tweaking it here and there.

V6 only has barrows for the strikers. no farrows at all.

I've found that if facing a 4-2-4, putting everyone on least forward runs essentially helps a lot.

Just drop it 4 notches if doing badly away from home.

If you're team can't seem to score better, then I'm afraid you need better players.
