I have my formation and tactics sorted, with high familiarity levels. Once I 'Submit Team' and I am in the match part of the game itself, does altering the Strategy (say, from Counter to Attacking) at this point affect the familiarity/fluidity levels of the team, and reduce performance as a result? Surely in-game tinkering is 'allowed'?
