[Italy (and possibly other nations?) u18 and u20 rules change from previous versions]

There's been a rules update to the Italian u18 and u20 leagues. In the u18 league for example, in the 23/24 season players born before 1/1/2006 are not eligible meaning that at the start of the season some 17 year olds are not elligible. In the previous few versions of fm, for the 23/24 season the cut off date would have been 1/1/2005. Is this rules change correct?

AI squad building currently seems a bit 'VAR' - which is a bit weird since in last years edition it was really good iirc?

Anyway, and example worth studying is the following:

Just started my 4th season playing as Fiorentina - Last season Juventus had Ronaldo, Kun Aguero and Gabriel Jesus. Ronaldo + Aguero retired and they sold Jesus. They've now ended up with no recognized striker of any quality.

After a winning streak, if your team hits a run of draws the players seem to mistake this continued 'non-losing streak' as being 'fine form'.

But as shown in the example screen shots included, 4 points from 12 for a team hoping to challenge for the title is a poor return and players should recognise it as such.
