Hey guys, 

I am having the same problem with the Europa League. I have qualified for the competition in two straight seasons with Everton. However, when I go to select confirm my squad it says (testing only changes) and only my youth team players are available in Europe. I even tried to select my squad before the deadline and it says the same thing. I have done the suggested. I have even tried going on holiday to see if that changed anything, but it didn't. It is a frustrating issue to say the least.
