  1. A few key elects that are mostly already in the game but NOT currently for international management, but would make it sooooo much more enjoyable and an actual career in it possible.

NUMBER 1. The ability to converse with senior manager when u21s/ lower age group manager and vice versa. So if you’re England u21s manager you can talk to the senior first team England manager.  Much like the conversation you have with managers when one of your players is out there on loan.
We should be able to converse and ask if a 19 year old they have in the first team is available and not first team ready yet then how about a run in u23s for this upcoming qualification campaign/ European championship. Equally- can we please  have the ability to say hey- I have this young 18 year old who’s really progressed over the last year- would you look at him for first team opportunity for the next friendly?

And then you could of course talk to the player to say “good luck - grasp the opportunity” and if they didn’t move back down you wish them well and to stay in the first team.
Perhaps the meeting with the senior first team manager should a regular one? Like a monthly occurrence- whose doing well from your u23s to promote up, who needs fitness/ may  drop down/ could be a good leader to come down from the first team.

    NUMBER 2.

Please can we have the ability to talk to our player’s managers. Eg Like how Southgate will talk to Pep Guardiola to find out the character/ training/personality/professionalism of Foden, Grealish etc, can we please be able to do the same when England manager or England u23s manager etc.

There is currently 0 conversations with club managers and there should be.

COULD WE have the ability to ask if there’s a chance they will get game time soon? Or what do they need to work on to improve? Or how’s their character as we are considering a call up for them to international football.

    NUMBER 3.

Very much linked to number 2. If we can converse with a player as a domestic manager to ask them to “sack an agent” could we please have the ability (when in an international manager role) to ask a player to move clubs/ consider pushing for more game time. As an example- I’m picking some u23s at the moment who have 0 first team experience - now for some that’s fine as they are in the u23s (but another issue- those stats are incredibly hard to see/access for how they’re doing- because the tab for players focuses on first team so just has 0s for games and no stats for avg rating until you dig down) - but for others we should be able to encourage them to get a loan move to get game time to help their progression and chance of selection for the next qualification campaign/ tournament.

    NUMBER 4.

    tactics and training.

Please can we have a coaches section for training them when they are with us for a camp/ qualification matches/ tournament. Look at real life. It’s the same as club football for those 2-4weeks when with their international teams, so let us manage that side too. Obviously dynamics and squad harmony and recreational activities would be as important so could have more options/ activities to do in training and more 1-1 conversations.

also can we have the ability to talk to the players about how they are training/ performing.

again currently there is 0 interaction as an international manager with your players, not even a squad meeting before a big tournament.

I’d love these to be in, please keep up the good work. As international management is huge and could be soooo good.

Has anyone else not paid much attention to the clauses in contracts and let this sneaky one financially cripple your club?

I'm spending £4.5m p/w on wages but am still losing money like crazy so went into the finances and noticed my bonus expenditure was ridiculous. I've got a couple of big bonuses for goals and assists on 3 key players which they always get but I don't mind that.

I then had a look at my appearance fees. If I pick my strongest 11 in my mind on top of the weekly wage I'm spending another £608,500 per match!!! I had 7 games in my last month. Thats another £4.2m on top of the £4.5m p/w I'm already spending! No wonder I'm £30m in the red!

This is a great point, I’ve just started a new game in VNN. Got a question:

Do you know how the clean sheet bonus works? E.g. if you brought on a defender for 10 mins and didn’t concede would they get it as well?

Could help me manage my subs and finances even better.
