Do you think they'd be as good if you played them now though?
I still did this for a very long time with FM07 and had an amazing time. Mostly the speed of progress is great compared to now. However, the tactics with the sliders and the corresponding match engine do not hold up so great anymore which why I have stopped playing them mostly now.

There was a EULA change already like 9 days ago. Not sure if you mean another one should come.

OK, time to make something clear. Anyone given access to the Alpha still needs to buy the full game if they want the full release build.
Just to prevent some misinformation being spread.
That's actually pretty uncommon, no?

I don't think we are anywhere close. I think licensing fires have turned into licensing infernos. Yesterday has destroyed me. We're just innocent men...
These licensing rumors are only coming from this one troll on Twitter, right? Or I am missing something here.

I will thank Zealand for newgan and leave it there.
I don't enjoy any of the youtube stuff. It's all clickbait and ideas and saves for views that they think sound really cool and novel that FIFA kids would enjoy. Then end up just racing through, using exploit tactics and end up not actually being able to play FM in a "real" way. Each to their own though. But I don't want to manage PSG and win every comp in 5 years nevermind watch someone else do that.
I like Rashidis bustthenet stuff though, as that is geared towards the older, longer term FM player with tactical breakdown.
His youtube stuff is very clickbaity indeed. His Twitch saves are actually really nice as compared to most others he actually invests in making a real story with just one team instead of going for high tempo gameplay. But to each his own of course.

Would real name fix for 22 work with 23? That's the only missing piece.
Unlikely but a new one will release like within the hour probably. Generally I start a game without attribute masking just to see some of the players and snoop around a little and then when ready to start my actual save the fix is already there.

Hi SI,
I personally love the new squad registration screen introduced in FM22 compared to earlier editions. I still think another improvement could be made: When registering I often find myself double-checking whether my unregistered youngsters need to be added to the list. This has also gone wrong in the past where I have mistaken the 'U21' icon for "does not need to be registered" with a 'U21' icon for 'is available for the u21 team' and had to deal with subsequent enraged players for not being included.
My suggestion would be to either:
- Add another checkbox in between the "✓" and the "X" for players that are unregistered but do not need to be registered.
- Change the colour of the "X" checkbox for the players that do not need to be registered.
I think this would make this screen even better and prevent players from making similar unrealistic (Haller at Ajax...) mistakes in the future.

I have had a similar issue with AGF. Very annoying as I clearly surpassed expectations by finishing second in the Championship Group:

My only insight is that IMO, the board wanting to influence what brand of football you play is nonsense-there is not a board in the world that would be passing any comment if you are successful and top of the league
Well, at Ajax there definitely would be a lot of complaining, thinking of De Boer times when we won the league 4 times in a row but the football was dreadful. There are more clubs in the Netherlands who have this attitude. I recall NAC (currently in 1st Division) finishing 3rd in the Eredivisie a couple of years ago but with hyper-defensive football (scoring only like 50 goals in 34 games) and booting Ernie Brandts after the season.

I wanted to start a Journeyman in Scandinavia/Nordics save so I started unemployed with no experience and badges. I ended up at FC Roskilde in the Danish Second Division and now I'm thinking "why not join this group save?". I do not fulfill the requirements fully though as starting unemployed and without badges was slightly more severe than necessary. Do I still comply with the challenge rules?

Not just a proper language, but two, like Canada, but not as show offish as Switzerland with four.
There is also a small German-speaking part actually.

It's nearly time to cross The Bridge...Danske Saga!
AB Tarnby, the first point of impact, don't know what's about to hit them. But it will involve a lot of:
Saga Norén, Länskrim Malmö, (star of The Bridge) is turning her detective skills to football. But those Danes just aren't going to cut it. Instead, Denmark will be conquered by the Swedes. No-ones gonna like it, but it's the start of the Saga.
Awesome! However, there is a serious lack of pictures of amazingly coloured Porsches in this post.

Do we complete you enough to get you to start a new Thames save? That was amazing stuff.
