I’m seeing same issue with Barca, as a couple of examples Dembele (important player) and Mbappe (star) both immediately become concerned (in player happiness) if they miss one game regardless of condition. Would maybe help a bit if games were weighted somehow, I can understand them wanting to play league games but less so an early cup tie against a 3rd division side.
