Agree. I also find that older players collapse a little too quickly and predictably in FM. Every year with a new version of the game there's loads of 33+ year old players whose physicals are still in good shape. Brazilian Ricardo Oliveira on FM21 has acceleration and pace 13 at the start of the game at the age of 40. IRL Some players don't collapse so quickly. On FM that would never happen.

After ending my pre season meeting, screen is stuck on Must Respond but there is nothing I can click on to get on with the game. It's a loop between un unclickable screen and the Must Respond button. I'm afraid I don't know how to upload a save that's stored on the cloud, so I have a few screenshots in the meantime. Those are the only screens available. When I click Summary to end the meeting it goes to squad view. I'm on mac High Sierra 10.13.6

[Staff Responsibilities]

This may be silly but when first starting the game but before starting the save, when adding the manager profile I was prompted to choose between experienced or inexperienced for the purposes of staff responsibilities. However the wording in the instructions was not clear about whether ticking the checkboxes meant keeping the responsibility or delegating it. I thought it meant keeping it until I got to "providing tactical advice," which couldn't really apply to me.
