I had the same problem with a database I imported to FM22 from FM20 (the first and third numbers in the RGB were always reversed).  In the end, I just had to re-set the colours manually.  I'm not aware of a quick fix that you can apply to all clubs' kits.

Not the answer I wanted, but the answer I was expecting. =P Thanks!

Kit colors are again in rgb values. They changed that again. 3 years in row.

How many teams you have in your database?

    500+. =D

  2. Hello all!

I have a custom database from FM20 that I'm trying to export from FM20 into FM22. It imports mostly fine, however all of the created clubs' kits are incorrect. The colours and styles of first/second kit are wrong: they all change to the 'Plain' style, and the colours are nearly all incorrect. Some of the third kits are the correct style, but the colours are either inverted (colour 1 switches with colour 2), or keep the same RGB numbers but in a different sequence. Some other third kits are generic as well.

I tried this fix (which wasn't really applicable anyway), but it didn't work.

Not sure if it matters, but it's a Canadian database, not advanced rules.

I'm happy to provide any further info I can, I really want this DB to work!

Another renumbering like between FM20 and 21?

Sorry to ask this here, but I haven't been able to find an answer elsewhere... and I'm hoping your re-numbering works.

I tried to import the XML of my FM20 database into 21 and 22, and the kits are all messed up, while all the other data (clubs, stadiums) is fine.

What is this renumbering fix? I've searched through the forums a bit, but I'm not finding much in the way of answers.

I tried the fix below, and it gave the same results with the incorrect kits.

Thanks for any help. Happy to provide more info.

  4. Salut, I've attempted to import my FM20 custom DB into FM22, and it's mostly worked. The issue is the kits for the created clubs have not transferred correctly. Some clubs have almost the correct third kits, but the colours are reversed (yellow becomes blue?). Other clubs have the default blue/red kits, and some clubs have seemingly random kits. Regardless! I have to fix them all.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be? Or a solution on how to quickly copy-paste the old kits to the new database?

I've tried import-export, as well as simply loading the old database in FM22, and they give the same results. I've tried looking through the xml files to see what would be involved in editing those, but I'm having trouble understanding them, and I'd rather not copy-paste so many kits if there's a simpler/less tedious way to do it.

  5. Hello,

I was hoping to get some help with an issue I'm having with a fictional CONCACAF Champions League I've made in previous versions of the game. I've tried recreating in FM19 and I'm having an issue where teams keep re-entering the competition after being eliminated, often after there should be no further representatives from that nation (i.e. no more entries).

EDIT: It doesn't matter which way I have the team rankings, (i.e. 1-5 or 5-1) the game will re-enter teams.

Let me know if there's other useful info you need.
