Any chance that you could make this skin compatible with Macbook Pro 13" (1440x900 on 95% zoom out)?

1st Season is done - Youth Intake was unspectacular and we got worse in the second half of the season as I suspected.
10th place is exactly what I wanted though and mid table finish is still a really good season for us.
Let's see what the next season will bring.

Starting at Batman Petrol Spor in Turkey, played half a season and we are overachieving - I actually had quality players there to begin with and thankfully was able to renew contracts before anyone was trying to get them from me.
Can't wait for the first intake: "golden generation"!
I'm holding back my hopes for now as this is not always accurate. Still hoping that the centrebacks are class, though I really need a striker and a playmaker. Also I am very happy that I got to get my National C Licence already!
Let's hope for a strong finish to the season - we were predicted to be 16th and I'd be really happy with a mid-table finish.

Soooo after a short 'getting used to struggle with youth academy challenges', I decided to start over - and I am going balls deep and might need some help/advice.
I want to start in Japan (yikes I know).
I downloaded the files for it, set up the game and took over Ococias Kyoto AC who got promoted to the 4th division of Japan, the Japan Football League (JFL).
I have a total of 13 'real players' and I believe the game will make me fill out the empty spaces on my bench with grey players -> what do I do then exactly, just don't use them as long as I can field my real players (even if that means that I might have to use my 2nd GK as a Centre Back for example)?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but: Is there no Promotion to JFL/J3?
I want to do a Youth Academy Challenge in Japan and therefore would need to holiday a season and take over a freshly promoted team in the lowest division, hence why I am asking. If there is promotion, does someone know the date it happens so I know until when I'd have to go on holidays?
AFC is working as intended?

Guys which countries (especially in Europe) have the shortest seasons?
Also does someone know the date in which the promotions to the lowest league are set in Slovenia/Slovakia/CzechRep./Denmark and Finland?
I was also wondering, what kind of challenges you guys are also doing that are tough.

The FM21 Youth Academy Challenge

Welcome to South America! More precisely, I started in Chile because... well... I don't actually know why. Haven't seen anyone doing the challenge there so decided to try it myself!
I actually didn't plan to document the save here but decided it would be way more fun so here I am. Already finished the first season; and well it was a struggle:
Barely managed to dodge the relegation spots - was expected to finish last place though so not a big surprise here.
My biggest concern is my Defense which unfortunately was lacking big time; I mean look, we conceded a whopping 74 goals in 32 matches (TWO POINT SOMETHING GOALS PER GAME!).
Oh well, at least our front was OKish, especially Ignacio Pinilla!
In terms of accepted board requests throughout the season, we were lucky to upgrade our Junior Coaching and our Youth Recruitment to 'Good' and 'Adequate' respectively.
Talking about Youth: The Youth Intake takes place in October (directly after the season) and we definitely like what we see here:
Leonel Bustamante being our most promising player who probably will get game time right away, especially as we will definitely need his Work Rate and Aggression in our Central/Defensive Mid.
