FM23 Creating realistic National League U19 Alliance Divisions

Hello all,

I am looking at creating a realistic National League U19 Alliance league structure.

Which has Academy North and South For National League Premier teams.

As well as that there are 9 other divisions, which include teams from the above academy's.

As well as the two cup which the league runs.

Would it be easy to do. how do you you create the league then add fixtures as the fixtures run on certain days. 

I will be using Dans Lower league file to do it on so will have to add the divisions to his rules.
