    Store does not open either through the news feed option, nor the store option via the FM button.

    Error message reads: "A general error has occurred woth the store. Error code: 10000"

    Can you please try the following?

    Press the Xbox button on your controller > navigate to Football Manager 2023 Console > press the menu button >  Quit.

    Reload the game and try and access the store.
