The wages in 1st and 2nd division are too low, min wage for +21 full time players is at least 325€p/w for 1st division and 180€p/w for 2nd division.

I cannot change min wage rules with the editor, game will just ignore them. It seems they are hard coded into the game db. This error continues to happen.
