Hi! I've noticed that 3 cities could use some updating on their local region data and 3 Basque clubs could do with some tweaks to better replicate their status in real life
Cities
| City | Larrabetzu | No local region selected, still assigned to nation of Pays Basque, but should be in Spain and País Vasco local region |
| City | Lesaka | No local region selected, still assigned to nation of Pays Basque, but should be in Spain and País Vasco local region |
| City | Oyón |
Local region listed as La Rioja, but should be in País Vasco local region (it's in Alava province irl) and people born there should get Basque 2nd nationality (this does not currently happen for newgens from here)

Should be a Basque club, newgens should get Basque 2nd nationality since it's in Oyón (which is in Alava province not La Rioja) (this does not currently happen for newgens from here)

| Club | Amorebieta B |
Listed as a B club for both Amorebieta (correct) and Tarazona (incorrect) which means it shares backroom staff with both? I can't find a link between Amorebieta B and Tarazona in real life, should be just a B club for Amorebieta
