East Fife FC - U18 Squad Broken

I've given myself the responsibility of hiring and firing my U18 staff but the option to place an advert is greyed out for some reason. 

I hope you get a solution to this. I have had same issues with St.Johnstone since the beta was released and it’s still on going. Find it really disappointing this hasn’t been resolved yet.
