  • Significant lags or freezes after matchday on online-career

I'm currently playing an only career with 4 other players. We are now in the eighth or ninth season. We have set all games to take place at the same time on Wednesdays and Saturdays so that all players can play at the same time on game day and no one has to wait. On some game days with friendly games and competitive games, the game lags for a long time (sometimes longer than a minute) or completely freezes after the game is over. It is then no longer possible to press “Continue”. So far this was unpleasant but bearable, as it could always be solved with a little patience, but yesterday everything froze completely after a match day. We had to close the game without saving and play Matchday again and the same problem occurred. After Matchday, complete freeze without the option to save.
Afterwards we played Matchday for the third time, but the players who only had friendly games left the online game before the matchday and the other two players left the game after they had their post-match team talk; At this point it was always possible to leave the game (on the previous tries the freeze occurred as soon as matchday was over). So I was the only player in the game. With this setup I was able to click continue without any problems and there were no lags or freezes. The attachet savegame is save directly after this matchday. The savegame before the matchday has unfortionately been overriden due to me save settings.

We have played long online careers with multiple players over many years in the previous versions (FM21 & FM22), but have never experienced such lags after a matchday. However, this is the first time that not all players have the game on Steam. I (host) and one other player own the game on Steam and three others own it on Epic. Could this issue be caused by cross-store multiplayer?
