Players in Tactics don't get swapped unless I try swapping them multiple times

Update: Whenever I load/create new tactics, a few players in the first one get messed up.

It looks like it was temporary. It was fixed next time I loaded the game. If it happens again, I'll make sure to record it. Thank you for replying quickly and being eager to help.
