    Currently in a online save with my mate, I've just unlocked the no work permit unlockable however I still can't sign players due to work permits? I'm playing on xbox

    Hey @AZZABCFC933 we've confirmed this isn't a bug. This is due to our online gaming experience. If you were playing a single player career, this would successfully work for you. It works like this within our online games to ensure there is a level playing field between each player and that there isn't a unfair advantage being applied to one user or the other.

    I am playing a single player career and I am also getting Error code 1000 whenever I try to access the store or unlock through the game inbox.

     

    For example I'll get a message that a player work permit is rejected, I'll go to remove work permits, it will say loading store for a minute or two then error code 1000 comes up.

     

    Currently can't access any unlockabkes or even get into the store to purchase anything.

     

    Edit: this is for FM22 on Xbox series X through Game pass.

    Can you please try the following for me?

    If you first open the game on your Xbox > press the guide button > navigate to FM22 and press start > Manage Game and add-ons > Saved Data > Delete All. 

    You will then need to reload the game and try accessing the store again. This will not delete your save as they're saved to the cloud. Once you reload the game you should see the game re-sync your cloud saves.
