How do i add a salary cap?

Select Rules -> Add Nation Rules -> Add Lower Divisions and Cups to Existing Structure -> Select Nation -> Rules -> Convert to Advanced Rules -> Select List -> Fixture Rules -> Chosen League's rules -> Squad Selection Rules. Add a rule for Overall Squad -> Miscellaneous -> Annual Wage. Then add the amount you want to limit it to. You would have to create a file for each nation you want to edit, then make sure each one is selected when you start the save.
