  • Board devasted by lack of playing time for youth players

    Ok, I am managing Ajax and the board is devastated because i apparently do not give youth players enough playing time.

    I have played 18 matches so far this season and so far 5 youth players have played.

    Jose Pereira: 2 sub apps.
    Winston Gillet: 2 starts and 4 sub apps.
    Abdul Kargbo: 9 starts and 4 sub apps.
    Alfons Van Heiningen: 8 starts and 2 sub apps.
    Miha Dordevic: 5 starts and 3 sub apps.

    The board should be delighted that I have given significant game time to at least 3 youth prospects.
