I created a Match Plan and set "Allow Substitutions" rules to "Tired Players". However, as soon as the plan activates (1+ goal up) the assistant immediately exchanges 3 players with full Con seemingly at random through individual subs. As this uses up the 3 available stoppages per game no futher subs are possible after this.
Tried deleting and creating a new match plan but the tired player rules always seems to work the same way.
