At the end of the first season with Rushall I have free 2.4k free wage budget. They just letting me to offer 50 pounds a week for star players. I was not able to sign a scout or physio all year because the board only let me offer 95 pounds a week and the minimum that anyone wanted was 150 pounds a week. I thought this was because Rushall was very small club, but now I'm thinking its another bug.
