I'm just going into my 2nd season on the Beta playing as Man City. I have had an absolutely extraordinary amount of injuries over the course of the save - a lot of them being long term. 1 game into the league season right now and I have the following:

Phil Foden - Hamstring Strain, 4 weeks out.
Yeremy Pino - Abdominal strain, 4 weeks out.
Erling Haaland - Torn Hamstring - 7-10 weeks out.
Ederson - Fractured lower arm - 5 weeks out.
Bernardo Silva - Broken lower leg - 4-5 months out
Jack Grealish - Pulled Thigh - 11 days out

Also - total days missed in last 12 months...

Bernardo Silva - 7 injuries, total 122 days
    Ederson - 5 injuries (for a GOALKEEPER?) - 118 days
    Jack Grealish - 4 injuries, 90 days
KDB - 3 injuries, 70 days (that's after he missed the first 6 weeks of my first season with a broken toe).

In my first season I also lost Grealish for 2 months with a torn thigh muscle and Ederson with a broken hand on not one but two occasions.

It's crazy. I have no idea why I'm getting so many injuries. Training isn't too intense, most of these injuries are happening in matches.

In terms of goalkeeper injuries, there is an issue we're looking into there and working to resolve.

Broadly in terms of injuries, they are below real life figures by quite a bit. While the injuries are unfortunate, they are the kind of injuries that regularly befall players. You mention they mostly happen in games and so reviewing the intensity of your play, particularly when winning, may be an area to consider. Even if training isn't too intense, the schedule of matches (particularly that Man City are likely to face) may be and managing players through that effectively can help mitigate injuries.
