  • Veltins Arena seating capacity

    Hey,

    in my annual Schalke save I've noticed that the game shows a seating capacity of 45962.

    Both wikipedia and the Veltins-Arena website list a seated capacity of 54740 for international matches.

    This is probably due to the fact that they convert the ~16k standing places into ~8,7k seated places if needed

    Would be great if you could fix this for future patches or FM25 :)

    Adding some detail to this comment .  What is missing is the item ‘capacity for seated fixtures’ that you can find for other German clubs such as Dortmund.  But it fact the bug is worse because UEFA tournaments now allow standing, so all German clubs should be using the full capacity for Champions League (easily confirmed by looking at attendance for Dortmund v PSG last week).  Of course this applies generally to other countries in UEFA, but in FM23 and 24 the rule has not been updated.  Hope it can be fixed for FM25.
