  • Staff wage limit 120p p/w

    I holidayed one season and now I am managing Dorchester Town in the Vanarama National South. There was no staff at the club (as usual when you do this challenge) when I joined. But in this years edition there was a 120p p/w limit on staff contracts and every coach, physio I approached wanted 180 p/w, regardless of there skill level. I needed to put in every clause available, including 1k bonus if I managed to stay up, for them to accept a 120 p/w contract. 

    Maybe there needs to be more, worse staff you can get for 90-120p p/w contracts as this was quite frustrating.

    Now I am in League 2 and every staff member available wants at least 425 p/w while I can only offer 200 p/w. I asked the board for higher wages, they accepted but it stays the same. I have a healthy balances, about 1 million and I have 5k p/w remaining in the wage budget. This is getting unplayable.
