A few things I've noticed in ~15 season save dossing around the (vanilla) lower tiers in mostly Spain:
1: Primera federación teams can revert to semi-pro status despite the competition requiring 18 professional players.
2: Segunda federación teams with rented stadiums that don't meet Primera fed requirements will rent a different local stadium on promotion. They never move back or look to improve the original stadium, whether on relegation back to 4th/5th/oblivion tier or consolidation at primara fed. After a few years Tajonar hosts every team anywhere near Pamplona and Lasesarre will have at least 4 teams + their under 19s.
3: Manager rules for 1F job adverts state "cannot manage two teams in the same nation in the same season." As written doesn't apply in game. I think the IRL rules may require dispensation but not really sure. At least its misleading about how it works in game.
4: Low copa del rey attendances for LL spanish teams. eg Higher attendance for a league match vs Alavés B than vs first tier Alavés a month apart. I know La Liga sides won't necessarily fill a 3rd/4th tier ground in the early rounds, but that seems a bit out of balance.
Thanks
