Brazil clubs doesnt respond friendlies invitations

Hey,you got the same problem like me. Back in October the 24th,i uploaded my file as well. I started my journey in the italian serie B and i douldn't  invite any of the brazilian teams. I really hope they can fix this issue because in football manager 2022 there was no problem at all, this bug started in football manager 2023 sadly.
