I have a 3 player network save on PS5, and 2 of us have the same problem.
We both used the set-piece creator at the start of the save. And now, when defending corners, there is always an opposition player free at the edge of the area, no matter which routine we use. Or even if we set the assistant manager to control set-pieces.
Our third player set his assistant manager to control set-pieces before using the set-piece creator. This led to a routine being used called 'Default', which neither of us have access to, and this routine has a player marking the opposition's player at the edge of the box.
If there's any way to disable the set-piece creator after setting up, that would be very useful.
Failing that, hopefully a patch can come out that leaves a man on the edge of the area 🙏
