    Please be aware that these comments were copied here from another source and that the date and time shown for each comment may not be accurate.

    Downloads, goes to installing. Then the app greys out and when you click on it, it starts downloading + the entire process again. Have tried deleting the app + signing out + back in to my apple ID but nothing has worked

    Can you ensure you've downloaded the latest iOS updates. Perform a reboot of the device and sign in and out of your Apple ID. This should fix any problems you're having downloading. If the problem persists please let me know.
