Player Personality

I was looking for a new DL and i found two players who might fit the bill (i am QPR for anyone who is interested) anyway I sent my scout to look at Marko Lomic and Pierre Giorgio Regonesi and reading the reports I was reading the ol' personalities section (my team are some way short of operating as a unit apperantly, so i thought it would be important to sign players who fit in well).

Anway, the reports came back and the both had balanced personalties, then it said that i had a proffesional group of players, lomic would need to adapt but regonesi would fit in well. If they are both balanced how come they can't both fit in?

This isn't a critism i would just like to know.
