changing manager background colour fm10

hi there, is there anyway to change the background colour of the manager profile? such as when you click on your messages or news tabs and it comes up with your name and country flag, manager and team your managing. mine is always white colour and ive tried changing countries to see if it will change to the country's corresponding colour, like france is dark blue/white, spain is red/yellow etc. i am an english manager and england is white so i thought that might of been the reason but it's not. fm10 btw.
