Changing ticket prices doesn't work in the game

Hi, excuse for my bad english

I've a problem editing South American leagues

I want to change the tickets price to low prices because in South American... I want to have a more realistic experience playing the game

I made the changes on the data base, but doesn't work in the game, clubs are still tickets very expensive (£ 30 per example) when here in South America average prices are from £ 3 to £ 6

Is a problem because it is destroying all the economic system of the south american leagues (clubs should be poor).

For some reason the changes works in Uruguay and Peru but not in Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay or Venezuela.

The only problem is "average match ticket price"... all the rest of the economic options changed works well in the game (p.e. "season ticket price")
