is this a bug ?

hi sorry to bother u all , I don't know if im posting this in the right place , if not then sorry

I am playing football manager , but when playing it and completing the achivements some of them don't unlock , who do I give this info to btw ?

I was playing as fc Copenhagen and won the league and the cup same year , my first year , and I didn't get the do the double achievement , I also didn't get the invincible achievement , my team didn't loose a game in the league that whole season .

if u cant help with it , I hope u can tell me who I should send this info to
