Subbing of a slightly injured (orange) Player when you miss the 'take off' pop up

So as the title suggests how do you take of a player with a knock to play the final few minutes a man down?

If i miss the 'take off' that pops up during match I cant see where i can simply remove the player from the field of play within the tactics screen.

I few FMs ago you used to just attempt to sub him with another player, where you would then get a message saying you are out of subs but the player has a knock, do you want to take him off?, or something along those lines, but that doesn't work anymore

So to answer my own question for anyone else wondering, Click the speech bubble (Show All Match Feed) then all match evens and options can be seen again in there, so i can find the 'take off' option again and click it.

Still think there should be an option within the tactics menu, unless im missing sometihng?
