Cheap laptop to run FM

hi guys, just wondering if anyone knew a cheap/ish laptop with spec that would run FM 2015 smoothly? tryed playing it on my hp pavilion dv6500 notebook but the cursor lags across the screen and makes it impossible to play. im not very good with spec but i think my laptop has AMD athlon 64 X2 dual - core processor tk- 55 1.80 ghz. 1983mb ram 32bit operating system. my laptops quite old so that might be part of the problem i cant run it .Thanks
