I am currently playing with Levski (bg club) and loaded leagues seacg as Serbia, Croatia, Greece, romania and etc (in total: 30000 players loaded). The problem is when. i send out my scout to scout Portugal or a specific region. In 90 %of the cases he will return and say that he has not find any players, although he has reached 100% knowledge of the country. and i dont have any scout reports .
