MacBook Pro very loud while playing

Hi,

I am playing the Football Manager 2014 on my MacBook Pro and I have some concerns about it. While playing the manager the MacBook is very loud and works a lot.

iStat Pro shows me that the fans have 4.500 - 5.500 rpm (normally they have round abot 2.200 - 2.500 rpm). The device works a lot and is very loud as I said and it gets really warm.

When playing it, it is difficult doing anything else on the MacBook. The game Speed is 3.5 stars, if necessary!

Is this normal or is something wrong? The datas of my MacBook Pro are the following:

MacBook Pro Retina (Mid 2012)

2,6 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Ram

NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB

SSD 256 GB
