Black cats road to safety challenge

So I don't get bored with my Charlton save I'm going to start a new save with Sunderland and swap in-between the two.

-First transfer window disabled. Reason? Makes the game harder but more realistic as I only get one transfer window, similar to Poyet.

It's supposed to be a really tough save, couple of my mates have tried it and given up after a couple of months due to their shocking defence so I'll need to try and add quality to that defence in the January transfer window.

My worries about my defence continued when we conceded four against the under 21's.
