Tiny thing but quite annoying

As it stands when you currently employ an Assistant Manager you cannot advertise for a new one, I'm a bit of a stickler for only employing people either reccomended by my current staff or who have applied. Wanted a new assistant but had to first get my current one to sign a new deal as a coach. Never deal with any of the media stuff in FM as I find it very dull but now have to spend the next week or two without an assistant while I await applications for the position.

Small thing but needs fixing, just because I have someone employed doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to advertise for it.
