I downloaded and when tried to extract it a message pop out,''Not archieves found'' Any help please?

Hello I am using a stadium pack but i want to change the picture of a stadium. How can i do that? I tried with the ID and reload but nothing. I have the FMXL but there is no ption for stadiums. Any help more than welcome.
