I've been managing MK Dons but was offered the Leeds job. Before I accepted it MK Dons tried to get me to stay so I had their meeting to discuss my future in my inbox followed by the approach from Leeds.
I attended the meeting with MK Dons first to try and say thanks for having me but I want a new challenge and I selected that I was quite keen to leave and then that I'd made up my mind. When I got back to my inbox MK Dons had accepted my resignation but I couldn't see a way to accept the Leeds offer and whenI continued I was unemployed.
Luckily the game had autosaved a couple of days before Leeds made the offer so I reloaded that and the issue happened again.
I've uploaded the saves to ownCloud as:

Like I said, I'm lucky the auto save was so close to the job offer so I'm going to reload and ignore the exit interview this time but thought I should flag it.
