How to tutor a player And

How do you assign a player to tutor another player? And how come my 19 Year old strikers ratings says its going down- Red arrows down.

open the players profile that u want to be tutored, and click on 'player interaction'

at the bottom of the page it says 'linked players' on the right hand side there should be a drop down menu and u pick the player u want to tutor them..

then above that there should be a menu option that says 'learn from player (internal)' u then just pick what option u prefer
