I seem to agree with most of them, as i'm not very loyal to players if they don't play well, i get rid of them, i don't ever look for domestic talent, and i seem to change my tactic a lot, depending on my opposition.

While i keep a very close eye on finances and keep them tight, as well as my squad discipline, which is the main way to keep your squad together.

But due to english not being my native language, i don't exactly understand what Hands-on Approach means?
