Tyler
Ok, currently managing Watford. When I took over then entire squad was unhappy with the previous manager Brendan Rodgers, but when I took over it still said "Has lost confidence in the manager's ability" under all of my players, this makes them unsettled and wanting to leave. Why wouldn't these concerns have gone away once I was appointed? Its just frustrating now because I am losing my best players on frees, or the board comes in and accepts offers for me. Also, Q.P.R made a bid for Mat Sadler, It was a fairly large bid and I couldn't refuse it, but since Q.P.R is filthy rich and Watford is poor I wanted more. So I asked for more money, a sell on clause, and Damion Stewart. After I negotiated the deal (which Q.P.R accepted the next day:thup:) Sadler has the balls to come out and complain that I am not letting him move clubs. Whats going on
Irchard
Did you do anything really stupid on your first day? Like turning up at training with a bag of hockey sticks and some helmets. That would probably cause your players to lose confidence in you.
Tyler
No, the were not confident with their previous manager. I saved the club from relegation and all so I am pretty sure they should have some confidence in me.
