Moretz Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 Hi folks One of the things that I thought could be improved in in regards to scouting in 07-08 is setting a more specific assignment. Here is what im talking about. Lets say im looking for a CM and scout player X who is best played as LM but is equally adept playing CM. I dont use wingers in my formation so my LM and RM are my youth. What I need the scout to do is give me a report of player X in a role of a CM however since player X is best played as LM the scout will compare him to my best LM and give me a "quality signing" or "definite purchse" verdict, where as I need him to be compared to my best CM. And if that was done he could be decent signing at best. Anybody else find this a bit of a drag?
