Morale

Ok, i've been playing the game for 2.5 seasons now and i noticed that the MORALE seems to be always lower for strikers, forwards and midfield why is that? I think the game is a bit too harsh on them. When i win games but the strikers dont score their morale goes down , why? We won the game , that matters... It seems like the defenders keep high morale if we win a game or tie a game, but forwards/strikers seem to be affected much more. For them the team does not only need to win , but they also need to SCORE. I know those morale are not lower because of their pay, training or anything else because it seems to affect them in groups. All defenders have the same morale, all mids the same and all forwards the same, unless something happens to the particular player, injury, less playing time, or anything else that affects the player. Somehow i dont remember having the same problem in the FM06 (that's the last one i player before jumping on 09)
