Youth/young player values - ridiculous values

I know they have a lot of potential but come on, £19m for player that has never kicked a football is strange.

I know someone is going to tell me that is the price to put you off, i have scout england for a long time and found over 70 players under the age of 19 (not playing competitive football) who are priced £4m upwards.

Youngsters with a PA of 5 stars worth more than a proven 5 star player is strange.

Sorry for the rant.

But the only unproven young players i can remember recently are wallcott/ramsey & they had first team experience.
