Get the AssMan to use First team players that are marked as available for 2nd team?

Is this possible somehow? my assistant does not want to use my substitutes for some reason,even tho they are perfectly healthy and good enough to play, he even uses terrible 17 years olds with the stats of a no legged man.

Should be able to tell him to favour these players when it comes to playing 2nd team matches

I think (but not sure if it works) if you click on your reserve team, you can select players and put them in the postion you want, then they will play in that position in your reserves.

Like I said, I not sure if this works but you can click your reserve team and select players for the line up.

Alright ill try to see if that works.
