I’m not sure how it even happened, but I believe one of my lads got sent off and I choose No action (no warning or fine) – then I notice about 8 of my first team squad have slight concerns with my managerial discipline… they have all had this now for 6 months and its clearly making them play weaker football!? Irchard Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I think this happens if players don't get disciplined for getting sent off (or anything else where they should be disciplined), and then it starts to happen more often. Just start dishing out warning and fines (warnings seem to usually be enough unless someone is a persistant offender who has already been warned) when people misbehave/ screw up and it will soon be sorted.
